The Game

Dyscourse is a PC / Mac / Linux survival game like you've never seen. Emergent story, group psychology, and the struggle to endure, in the absurd Owlchemy style.

Take the interpersonal dramas of The Walking Dead, combine it with the group survival of Oregon Trail, add a healthy dose of Lord Of The Flies, and wrap it all up in an insanely stylized and gorgeous Owlchemy-illustrated world.

The Story

Dyscourse is an experimental interactive narrative game that focuses on moral gray area decision making and group psychology. We explore the "human component" of survival as players control Rita, a plane crash survivor stranded on a deserted island with her fellow passengers. The survivors must endure the hardships of the island — and each other — to survive.

Stories in Dyscourse are emergent and choices made in the game are key to the success of your group. As players get to know their fellow castaways and make critical, interpersonal decisions, the drama is dynamically woven and your choices directly author your unique story.
